Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of gonetfront.com and the GoNetfront service. GoNetfront is operated by Vertical Apps, LLC, referred to in these terms as GoNetfront, we or us. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GoNetfront helps hockey programs, coaches, rinks, players and families connect and manage hockey activities. Features may be introduced in stages. Terms about accounts, registrations, payments or media apply when you use those features. Descriptions of a feature do not mean it is currently available.

Provide accurate information and keep your account access secure. Do not share sign-in codes or use another person's account without permission. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without authorization.

You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you act for a program, business or another person, you must have authority to do so. Parents, legal guardians and other authorized adults may manage youth player profiles within the permissions available to them. Do not claim a parental, guardian or organizational relationship you do not have. A platform permission does not replace consent or authority required by law.

Programs, coaches, rinks and other activity providers are responsible for their own listings, instruction, facilities, eligibility requirements, schedules and delivery of the activities they offer. Using GoNetfront does not make a provider our employee or agent.

Before registering, review the activity details and any provider requirements, rules or separate agreements. Direct questions about a session's suitability, equipment, location or schedule to its organizer. Hockey and training involve physical risks; follow the organizer's safety instructions. These terms are not a sports participation waiver.

Programs must use GoNetfront's registration system for their sessions and activities listed, promoted or offered through GoNetfront. For paid activities, programs must also use GoNetfront's payment system, unless we approve an exception in writing. This requirement applies to activity listings and to posts, messages or other promotions through GoNetfront that invite people to participate in the program's activities.

Programs may not direct participants to another website, payment service, cash payment or other outside process to register or pay for those activities, or otherwise bypass GoNetfront's registration system, payment system or applicable platform fees. Free activities require GoNetfront registration but do not require payment.

Connecting with a program, subscribing to activity updates, and general hockey discussion do not themselves require registration or payment. This requirement does not apply to activities a program conducts entirely outside GoNetfront without listing, promoting or offering them through the service.

If a program does not comply, GoNetfront may suspend or remove its listings, restrict its access, or remove the program from the platform. Suspension or removal does not release the program from its obligations to participants or GoNetfront, including honoring existing registrations, providing required refunds, and satisfying outstanding payment obligations. Participants may contact GoNetfront support for help with an existing registration affected by a program's removal.

Where payment features are available, review the total price, currency, any applicable fees and payment schedule shown before confirming a purchase. Only use a payment method you are authorized to use. Payments are processed through Stripe. GoNetfront acts as merchant of record for payments collected through its checkout; the activity provider remains responsible for delivering the activity.

If an activity provider cancels your paid registration or session, a refund is due for the affected registration's remaining refundable amount. For other refund requests, contact the provider or GoNetfront support. Discretionary refunds require approval; your rights under applicable law are unaffected.

GoNetfront processes refunds through Stripe for payments collected through its checkout. Activity providers remain responsible for their activity-related refund obligations. GoNetfront is responsible for its own share of a refund, including the proportional refund of any GoNetfront platform fee. Requesting or approving a refund does not mean it has already been completed.

Contact the activity provider about session changes or cancellations. Contact GoNetfront support for a payment error, an unrecognized charge, a refund concern, or help reaching the provider. Include your account email, an order reference if available, and a short description of the problem. We can review the platform's payment records and coordinate with the provider where needed. Do not send full payment-card numbers or sign-in codes.

A discretionary refund request is not a guarantee of approval. Contacting support does not restrict your ability to contact your card issuer, dispute a charge or exercise other rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give GoNetfront permission to host, process and display that content as reasonably needed to provide the service, consistent with your settings and permissions. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it, including any required permission for photos or videos of other people.

Do not post private information or identifiable media without appropriate authority and consent. Photo and video permissions are separate from participation in a program. Contact support to report unwanted content, a disputed relationship or a privacy concern. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Use GoNetfront lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass, threaten or impersonate others; publish unlawful or infringing content; send spam; commit fraud; attempt unauthorized access; bypass access controls; or disrupt the service.

Do not use information obtained through GoNetfront to endanger or exploit a child or another person. These rules do not prohibit honest reviews, lawful complaints or reports to regulators or law enforcement.

GoNetfront's branding, software and site materials belong to us or their respective owners. You may use the service for its intended purposes, but these terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.

We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or particular training or business results. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, security risks or legal requirements, including violations of the registration and payment requirements above. You may stop using the service and contact support about your account. Stopping use does not by itself cancel an existing registration or create a refund entitlement.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated terms and effective date here and provide additional notice or request consent when required by law. Changes will not retroactively change the agreed terms of a completed purchase.

Contact GoNetfront with questions about these terms or a problem with the service. We encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from exercising your legal rights.
